Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled individual in India to support the clients Cloud Contact Center. You will be providing technical support for Oracle Session Border Controller products. On a day to day basis you will be resolving complex voice and video communication issues, ensuring secure and reliable SIP trunking and VoIP services for customers. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for the Oracle SBC solutions, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. You will be diagnosing and resolving issues related to SIP signaling, media flow, security policies and interoperability with third party systems. A major part of your roll will be collaborating with customers and internal teams to analyze network and call flow problems. In addition you will assist in the deployment and integration of SBCs within customer environment and report all unresolved issues to the technical assistance center. It is vital you maintain documentation of support cases, solutions, and best practices and stay current with Oracle SBC product updates, features, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong Knowledge of Session Initiation Protocol and Voice over Internet Protocol and session border controller technologies
-Experience with Oracle SBC platforms and related voice infrastructure
-Ability to troubleshoot complex network telephony issues
-Familiarity with security concepts related to SBCs, such as encryption and firewall traversal.
-Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and technical documentation.
