A leading company in the pharmacy benefit management space is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their project team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing and verifying comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, estimates, procedures, and scripts. They will execute and track testing on both new products and modifications to existing systems, while establishing and maintaining structured testing methodologies and environments. The role involves automating regression and smoke test scenarios, performing evaluations and audits of software documentation and processes, and responding to user and technical support inquiries regarding software functions. They will actively identify potential process improvements, error trends, and root causes, making recommendations for remedies. Communication of software issues through defects and enhancement requests to the project team is essential, as is providing regular status updates to the lead or supervisor.
