Job Description
Our client is seeking an Airtable Consultant to join a large entertainment studio team. They will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions for the team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building complex Airtable bases, integrating with APIs, designing user interfaces, and establishing metadata standards. This role also requires clear documentation and user training to ensure long-term adoption and ease of use.
Responsibilities:
Design and build complex Airtable bases, including multi-table relationships, base syncs, and automations to support dynamic, scalable workflows.
Develop and optimize Airtable Interfaces for intuitive data entry, reporting, and user interaction.
Integrate Airtable with internal APIs and third-party tools
Define and implement metadata standards and data architecture best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Translate business needs into technical specifications through requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews.
Build and maintain custom Airtable scripts
Create onboarding and training materials (documentation, videos, walkthroughs) to support end users.
Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to new users to ensure successful tool adoption.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of workflows, data models, and integrations for internal reference.
Ensure data integrity, performance, and long-term maintainability of all Airtable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Advanced Airtable expertise, including multi-table base design, linked records, base syncing, and automations
Proven experience designing and optimizing Airtable Interfaces for user-friendly data entry and reporting
Strong understanding of API integration with Airtable and third-party platforms
Proficiency in custom Airtable scripting (a plus if using JavaScript for automation) and advanced functionality
Knowledge of data architecture best practices, including metadata standards, naming conventions, and scalable structure design
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions through stakeholder interviews and documentation
Strong communication skills and experience leading user onboarding, training sessions, and support
Ability to produce clear, user-friendly documentation, videos, and walkthroughs to drive adoption
Background in media, entertainment, or content operations preferred but not required
