Dixon Hard Chrome is looking for a Technical Sales leader with hands-on experience in electroplating, anodizing, electroless nickel, or similar metal finishing processes. This is a vital customer-facing role that demands strong technical knowledge and the capacity to provide expert consultation to clients. We are a service-based organizationnot a manufacturerso a solid understanding of electroplating processes is crucial for success in this position.
The main goal of this role is to promote business growth by attracting new customers and strengthening relationships with current accounts. This will be achieved through effective communication with customers and providing timely technical responses to their inquiries.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, well-organized professional with a background in technical operations in the aerospace, manufacturing, or metal finishing sectors.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing sectors.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in electroplating, anodizing, electroless nickel, or related metal finishing processes. (This is a must.)
Proven ability to lead customer relationships from prospecting through closing and retention.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and product specifications.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed and grow the business.
Familiar with aerospace specifications for metal finishing and chemical processing for Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and military applications.
