Job Description

Our client is seeking an Office Manger for a small, family owned business in San Clemente CA. The office manager will be responsible for all day to day activities, communication, and back office functions of the business. Main responsibilities will focus around company financials (Accounting, invoicing, receivables, payroll, etc.) Knowledge billing/working with Prevailing Wage Workers is desired, as is knowledge of CA State Employment Laws. Required Skills & Experience

5+ Years of experience in and Office management or Executive Assistant role.
Previous experience working with Prevailing Wage Workers (Union) and familiarity with the rules/regulations related to them.
Familiarity with CA State and local laws surrounding employment and employee benefits
Strong working knowledge of Quick Books (for payroll, invoicing, collection, etc.)
Strong excel and MS Office suite experience
Previous history working within the utilities, telecom, or construction industries
General knowledge of HR best practices for small businesses.

Hands on experience working with Sales Force
