A large hospital is looking for an maintenance technician to join their team! This Individual will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of HVAC systems throughout the hospital including, checking thermostats, filters and system performance to ensure everything is functioning correctly. This individual will also perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters and lubricating moving parts to prevent system failures and . Additionally, this individual will be responsible for fixing electrical and plumbing issues.

3+ years of experience with electrical & plumbing work in a commercial setting
Healthcare or Hospital experience
