The HR department will depend on your assistance in several important functions such as compensation and benefits, including payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment and retention, and training and development. BSc/BA with proven experience as HR Generalist with at least 3+ years of experience
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures including employment/labor laws
3+ years payroll processing experience using HRIS system. Previous Paycom and Paycom implementation preferred.
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and people skills, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and an aptitude in problem-solving
Strong reconciliation and data audit skills with attention to details
