Job Description

One of our largest entertainment clients is looking for a technical Infrastructure Project Manager to join our Systems Engineering Project Management Team in Los Angeles. In this dynamic role, you will lead complex infrastructure and technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Youll be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder communication, risk management, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. Were looking for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and brings a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for execution excellence.

Lead full lifecycle project management: planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and execution through delivery and closure.

Manage multiple high-impact technical infrastructure projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, operations, vendors, and facilities to refine requirements, define project scopes, and align execution plans.

Facilitate regular team meetings, design sessions, stakeholder updates, and vendor coordination.

Oversee project communication and documentation to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Track project progress and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

Proactively identify project risks and roadblocks; resolve or escalate in a timely manner.

Oversee equipment ordering, vendor management, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking.

Ensure alignment with internal finance systems and reporting requirements.

Drive accountability and ensure follow-through on open tasks, change requests, and unresolved issues.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of technical project management experience, leading large-scale infrastructure or systems engineering projects.

Proven track record managing concurrent cross-functional projects with internal and external teams.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to executives, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.

Comfortable reading and interpreting technical and architectural documentation.

Adept at managing vendors and ensuring contract deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and emotional intelligence.

Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and adaptable to frequent changes or project pivots.

Proficiency with tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Slack, Zoom, OKTA, Google Workspace, and Box.

Physically able to participate in on-site construction walk-throughs as needed.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in a technical or related field.

PMP, MBA, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

Experience in broadcast or media systems environments.

Background in consulting, client services, or vendor-side project delivery.
