7+ years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange environments (on-premises and cloud-based).
7+ years supporting Active Directory and related technologies.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server (2019) and Exchange Online.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
Knowledge of email security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
