A leading company in the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry is seeking a highly technical and innovative BI Developer with deep expertise in Apache Superset to join their Business Intelligence team. This role demands a developer who is not only fluent in SQL at a data engineering level, but also capable of navigating the unique challenges of Superset to deliver enterprise-grade dashboards. This person will work alongside seasoned BI Developers to craft dynamic, interactive, and visually compelling dashboards that tell a clear story and support strategic decision-making. This team needs someone who can lead with technical acumen, bring structure to a complex data environment, and guide the team as they transition from Tableau to Apache Superset. This person will be responsible for building and customizing dashboards using Jinja templating, CSS, and Python, ensuring seamless interactivity and alignment with brand standards.

- 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer working in Apache Superset
- Advanced SQL skills, capable of writing complex queries
- Strong understanding of Supersets architecture and limitations
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with other BI and data engineering professionals
- Background in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare analytics
- Experience with Python for Superset customizations
- Exposure to Tableau or other BI tools for comparative understanding
- Understanding of branding and marketing requirements in dashboard design
