Insight Global's client is a French company that specializes in anti-Legionella and all-germ point-of-use filters for healthcare facilities and non-medical public buildings. As their team continues to grow, they are looking for a new talented Regional Sales Representative to join their team. This person will be covering the West Coast/CA and so this person is ideally local to the greater LA area. We are looking for a strong hunter who prides themself on in-person meeting activity and breaking into new accounts.
This role will be about 70-75% travel and will involve overnight stays within your territory, travelling to their HQ in Chicago for training and development, and travelling to large events such as conferences and tradeshows.
Main Responsibilities:
Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to sell infection prevention water
technology to new accounts to meet defined territory revenue goals.
Sales leader to drive business in Continental US.
Take part in regional healthcare conferences, state department of health events, building
relationships and educating the market on waterborne pathogens.
Ability to work in an innovative smaller company atmosphere.
Work closely with large, strategic current and prospective customers to understand business
needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and
grow revenue.
Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Build relationships with personnel in the following departments; Facilities/Engineering,
Infection Prevention, Risk Management.
Work with hospitals and regional hospital systems (IDNs) to gain opportunities, evaluations,
sales and contracts for long term sales.
