Job Description

An enterprise company is seeking a Sr. Marketing Systems Specialist to join their team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:

Support the customer data platform utilization, maintenance, and enhancements.
Act as a subject matter expert of the CDP platform, developing, deploying, and training to drive best practice usage and meet business objectives.
Heavily support marketing automation system capabilities and enhancements to enable user utilization and drive best practice usage.
Execute complex platform enhancements and automated marketing programs.
Support the development and execution of other marketing programs and critical projects that support data management, lead workflow, lead nurturing, and database integrity.
Understand how effective campaigns generate interest in our products and services and how repeated marketing touches convert prospects to highly qualified marketing leads for a world-class B2B sales force.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Salesforce marketing administration experience.
4+ years of experience and proficiency working in Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot).
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage project timelines and expectations.
Experience working through system designs, enhancements, integrations, and testing.
Ability to collaborate with business leadership and individual team members with empathy and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to deep dive into metrics and data to diagnose problems, evaluate solutions, and deliver insights to stakeholders.
Ability to work PST business hours.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Salesforce Data Cloud certification.
Experience and understanding of customer data platform (CDP), especially with Salesforce Data Cloud CDP.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, JavaScript, and query strings.
Experience with CVENT.
