Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Entry Specialist to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders and managing them through their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities include:
Analyzing purchase order requirements - order/data entries
Responsible for processing sales orders
Create opportunities and proposals within Salesforce as needed for credit and re-billing transactions.
Resolve matters related to order entry.
Create and maintain Salesforce data.
Work in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
Work with the Sales teams and ability to understand complex deals.
Work closely with the Revenue team, Finance Directors, FP&A, Senior Accounting staff, Commercial Ops team, and other experts across business units.
Compensation:
$20/hr to $30/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
