Job Description

As an Engineering Technician, you will collaborate with engineers to develop and optimize new automated die attach and wire bond processes. Your role will involve performing both manual and automated component attach assembly of microelectronic devices, operating automated adhesive dispense, die attach, wire bond, and wedge bond equipment as trained by Company engineering. You will assist the team in documenting process details in specifications and work instructions, support automated processes to maintain product flow for customer deliverable materials, and participate in laboratory maintenance and upkeep efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment
Clean room experience
Familiar with CAD software
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiar with wire bonding and/or die attach or microelectronics packaging
Previous work experience in a machine shop environment
