A large Semiconductor client in San Diego is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team, specializing in Fluid and Thermal (F&T) systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and integrating fluid and thermal components within complex machine assemblies. Your duties will include selecting appropriate F&T components such as flow meters, flow sensors, and pressure gauges, and overseeing their installation and validation to ensure optimal system performance. You will be involved in routing and plumbing design, ensuring proper flow paths and system integrity. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using Siemens NX. Additionally, you will contribute to troubleshooting and resolving issues related to fluid and thermal systems in prototypes and production units, continuously seeking improvements in system efficiency, reliability, and safety. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a comprehensive understanding of fluid dynamics and thermal management principles to support advanced lithography equipment.

5+ years of Strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and designing of machine part components
Experience with selection and installation of Fluid & Thermal (F&T) components like Flow meters, Flow Sensors, pressure gauges etc
Familiar with routing and plumbing knowledge
Hands on CAD experience, preferably Siemens NX
