Janitorial Supervisor

The Janitorial Service Delivery Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day onsite operations at multiple client locations in Southern California. The primary focus will be to manage and coordinate the activities of our janitorial staff and janitorial service providers, ensuring that our clients' facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

1. Education: High School Diploma
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial cleaning, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
3. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
4. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English preferred
6. Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to exceeding client expectations.
7. Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
8. Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and resourcefulness.
9. Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
