Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Associate Attorney with civil law experience to join their client's firm in Irvine, California. As an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in providing strategic representation to businesses and individuals in Southern California. You will work closely with arguably some of the most experienced trial attorneys on a wide variety of legal matters, including advising varied local, regional and national businesses, and a wide array of business litigation practice areas such as employment defense, business disputes, fraud and investor disputes. You will have the opportunity to gain extensive litigation experience, inside and outside of the courtroom, including trial work. This individual needs to be on-site in Irvine, California.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience working in business litigation
BA Degree
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Passed the California Bar Exam on the first attempt
Experience drafting professional and persuasive legal documents, including discovery, motions, briefs, and pleadings
Strong writing skills (a writing sample is required to be considered for this position)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and the court
Able to be on-site in Irvine, CA
