Our client is hiring an Order Management Specialist for the GPCA operations team to oversee global service part shipments. This role is responsible for timely delivery from the main warehouse to global locations, managing order processing, monitoring shipments, and coordinating with subsidiaries to fulfill or cancel orders. This includes local order management, distributor communication, manual allocation of parts, handling backorders, and providing customer support to optimize logistics efficiency.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience (one year of internship experience can substitute)
- Supply chain & data analysis experience (can teach order management if they don't have)
- Strong with Excel (Pivot Tables, V Look Ups)
