We are looking for a recruiter who can thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment. The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels.
You will drive the effort to find and attract technical talent for our business, collaborating with Client Lead Recruiters, business leaders and HR. Youll also take on a lead role in various projects that impact the recruiting teams efficiency and strategies, strengthening our ability to hire quality, diverse talent.

-6+ years experience sourcing candidates for technical roles (Sr SDE's) in a high hiring-bar environment
-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements
-Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
-Strong communication and influencing skills
-Strong ATS experience (ideally iCIMS, Beamery, Hirtual, Greenhouse or something similar)
-Dedication to a world-class candidate experience
-Previous experience sourcing or recruiting for Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft or Netflix
-Passion to embrace new technology and automation to optimize the recruitment process
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
