A leading pharmacy benefit management company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This person will serve as a critical liaison between internal clients and the Information Technology department, focusing on the analysis and enhancement of complex business systems. This role is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The analyst conducts interviews with end-users and external clients to define software modification needs, facilitates design sessions, and collaborates with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives. They lead projects from inception to completion, develop project plans, and ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and within budget. The role also includes performing quality control checks, managing service requests throughout the software development lifecycle, and mentoring junior analysts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as the position involves regular interaction with internal stakeholders and requires a high level of customer service.

- Experience in PBM (pharmacy benefit management) or healthcare industry
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
- Scrum certification
- Understanding of JSON
- Understanding of Figma
- Experience with JAVA, OLTP systems, AIX/Solaris environments
