We are looking for an AV/Telephony Support Technician to work for one of the nation's largest University systems at their HQ. In this role the candidate will provide support and expertise for operation and maintenance of AV systems and services for conferencing, digital signage and workspace booking. They will be assisting users with AV issues as needed. Providing end-user training, instruction, and guidance on AV systems and services. Assisting with complex AV events and most sensitive clients. Performing assessment, maintenance, independent troubleshooting and repair of AV technology devices and services. This candidate will act as the principal resource for AV technology set-up, management, and remediation of equipment failures in addition to performing select administrator duties for Zoom, EMS and Korbyt platforms.

- Minimum 3 years providing maintenance to AV systems and services for conferencing, digital signage and workspace booking
- Experience with administrating Zoom, EMS, and Korbyt platforms
- Past experience with providing white glove support to higher level clients
- Prior experience providing end-user training, instruction, and guidance on AV systems and services
- Ability to work independently without micromanagement
- Prior knowledge of how to install and modify new or existing AV systems
