Optum onsite at John Muir Heath is looking for a Desktop support technician to assist with running their day-to-day operations for their Desktop Support team. This individual will be reporting up to the Desktop Support Manager and will be assisting with a hardware refresh across their facilities as well as supporting general ticketing issues. This individual will also be responsible for building out various machines, resolving tickets, fixing computer issues, moving computers, along with general desktop trouble shooting. This individual will be working onsite in a hospital setting and will be communicating with end users to understand their needs.

Handling ticket queue
Responsible for troubleshooting problems faced by the end-users of PCs, laptops, and mobile phones by identifying issues and analyzing them.
