One of our clients within the financial services industry is looking for an ITSM leader to join their leadership team. This candidate would have extensive experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and managing teams of technical people.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience
- Expert level knowledge of ServiceNow, releases, and modules such as CSDM, CMBD, app portfolio
- Significant background with leadership roles
