The role of the General Manager (GM) is to meet customer expectations with high quality and on-time delivery (OTD) performance while delivering on Profit and Loss (P&L) expectations for their assigned site. The GM maintains and improves overall business operations to achieve organizational goals and profitability, combined with the companys marketability and competitiveness in the industry. With creativity and confidence in leadership, this position will train, support, and develop key personnel to maximize potential and ensure quality performance within the organizational location. This position will use strong visionary leadership skills to identify future needs of their location to influence and inspire others as well as resilience to endure challenges and ever-changing circumstances.

- Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field required.
- 8+ years experience in an Operations Manager or related management position required.
- Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing and six sigma preferred.
- Highly skilled in client interactions and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
