Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Traveling Maintenance Trainer.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
Deliver classroom training materials in a professional manner
Facilitate all individual and group training sessions
Conduct pre- and post-training session analysis to determine overall effectiveness of session
Track, assess, evaluate and measures effectiveness of all training delivered
Monitor team feedback to ensure incorporation of feedback into training programs to maximize ROI

Nature and Scope:
Demonstrate skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data
Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues
Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process
Comfortable working with MS Outlook, MS Excel PowerPoint, and other common business applications

Work Environment:
Typically located in a comfortable indoor area
There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors, such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about
On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles
Requires frequent overnight travel

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in a multi-family property maintenance position
Competencies must include hands on experience with kitchen appliances, HVAC, electrical, and other components commonly found in multi-family properties
Experience presenting in a classroom setting (classrooms in this will be as small as 10 techs and as large as 200 techs)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bilingual (Spanish)
EPA Certification
CPO Certification
HVAC Certification
