Set and track deadlines for staff and departmental tasks.
Mentor and coach team members as needed.
Collaborate with sales professionals to define project requirements.
Explore various approaches to achieve project goals.
Inform the organization of potential risks and implement action plans.
Assist in coordinating resources for projects and developing strategic operational plans.
Manage sales and relationships with small to medium-sized clients.
Identify new sales opportunities and improvements within existing accounts.
Monitor service level performance to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Present findings to senior management.
Prioritize open issues and tasks, working closely with internal and client cross-functional teams.
Serve as a point of contact for key systems and processes for projects.
Manage client and project team expectations regarding scope of work and responsibilities.
Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
Apply knowledge of your discipline and integrate it with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
This position pays up to $170,000 annually.

Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance appraisal, and retention is preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive, complex information, convey performance expectations, and resolve problems.
Strong leadership skills to motivate the team and impact quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
