Job Description
The Walt Disney Studios’ Marketing & Franchise Technology team is seeking a business analyst. On our team, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our business partners and Studio Technology team. You will join a team consisting of high-performing individuals that execute a broad range of activities including content procurement, ad-hoc troubleshooting and tech support, and implementing 3rd party solutions to streamline workflows across Marketing. You will become the subject matter expert for all applications you will be working on and recommend solutions to ensure business needs are met.
Responsibilities
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and Studio Technology.
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) for current knowledge regarding assigned applications in order to ensure knowledgeable business decisions.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills.
• An ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Work with key stakeholders to gain sound understanding of their needs and to promote long-term relationships.
• Provide regular updates and communicates business concerns or feedback to Product Manager/Team.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with other technology teams across The Walt Disney Studios and The Walt Disney Company.
• Visit multiple Disney-owned properties across the Burbank/Glendale area to meet with stakeholders and offer in-person support.
• Manage issues through closure including follow ups and communication with business users.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2 to 4 years of relevant tech industry work experience including business analysis and SDLC management.
- Hands-on experience with different SaaS analytical tools such as: Airtable, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Agile/Jira experience
- Onsite in Glendale 4 times per week
- Bachelor’s degree, and/or equivalent work experience.

- Entertainment industry and Marketing Technology experiences a plus
