Job Description

This position will be responsible for coordinating and providing on-site supervision for retrofit work that upgrades clients building and other infrastructure systems, including HVAC, controls, lighting, irrigation, and other installations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated successful experience in supervising/managing various construction scopes, and in partnering with subcontractors, building owners, and the rest of the Project Team, with particular emphasis on MEP design and installation. This position is essential to efficiently meet completion dates and other contract requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of five (5) years industry experience.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems. General understanding of building codes and related MEP codes.
Four-year technical degree in Mechanical, HVAC, Construction Management, or related studies viewed as positive.
Other technical experience such as military, on the job training programs, etc. will be considered
