Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Remote GRC Analyst for a cybersecurity company in the Bay Area. This person will have at least 8 years of experience and a deep understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks. This person will help by assisting the annual risk assessment, internal and external audits from start to finish. We can pay $40-45/hour for this role.

Required Skills & Experience

-bachelor's degree preferably in information systems or accounting
-Minimum of 8+ years of experience in GRC or Compliance, with hands-on experience managing SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, 27701, and PCI audits.
-Certifications: At least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or similar certifications relevant to GRC and compliance.
-Deep understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks
-Proficiency in control frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, and NIST.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate compliance issues to key stakeholders. (running the meeting, facilitating the meeting, guiding stakeholders)
-Experience with other compliance frameworks or certifications (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). ----Experience using GRC tools and software.
-Experience doing policy reviews
-Business Continuity planning processes
-Manage customer questionnaires
-Project Management skills
-Occasionally participate with customer responses on an as needed basis and if time permits
-Assist with on-call rotation to monitor the Security ticket queue.
-Hours are typically 9:00am to 7:00pm Monday Friday with best effort on Saturday and Sunday. (Approximately a 12-week rotation to be discussed during the interview)

-Familiar with RFP tool (Loopio, RFIO)
-Customer contracts
