- Perform weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure it is safe and reliable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion during a shift.
- Work as an individual and as a team player to get the job done.
- Safely handle compressed gas cylinders and other containers of potentially hazardous chemicals.
- Follow production plans to meet customer requirements.
- Resolve conflicts within the team in the spirit of teamwork to ensure high standards of professionalism at all times.
- Participate in cost reduction/operational improvements to satisfy customer needs.
- Must be able to work a second or third shift depending on business needs.

- Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with compressed gases in industrial processes.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
