We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience in developing and managing CI/CD processes, aligning security with deployment processes, understanding network requirements, and ensuring software development process reliability and performance. This critical role involves delivering consultation to optimize software development processes for key functions. The goal is to create a robust, secure code pipeline that ensures smooth and controlled software delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of DevOps experience with proven end-to-end CI/CD and SDLC project delivery.
Strong hands-on DevOps knowledge with deep experience in one framework such as Docker or GitLab.
Knowledge of programming frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python) and automation skills, including Puppet, GitHub, and Ansible.
Expertise in designing and building complete CI/CD stacks (e.g., with Jenkins).
Knowledge of network/security implementation and technicalities.
Familiarity with server technology and OS builds (Windows, Linux, etc.).
Understanding of secret and key management requirements and best practices.
Knowledge of security technology stacks, including network and application security, infrastructure hardening, and security baselines.
Experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining security procedures.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux patch management and information security functions (authentication, encryption, iptables, SSL, ciphers, etc.).
Intermediate Python programming experience to decode existing rulesets and test Python controls integration with tools.
Experience in the development, deployment, and automation of security solutions in an enterprise ICS environment.
Experience working with APIs and plugins to integrate security tools with CI/CD pipelines.
