Network Security Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Security Engineer for a top media client. This person will be responsible for managing network devices across multiple business units, ensuring security and Zero Trust infrastructure is up to organization standards. This person will collaborate with network teams to implement security measures and ensure the robustness of network devices, including firewalls, routers, and VPN services. Additionally, this person will be creating various documentation, including server architecture, network diagrams, and asset inventory to document current state infrastructure and potential future state enhancements. This person will serve as a liaison between various networking teams and the security team to ensure efficient communication and problem solving. Although this position supports network and security infrastructure, it is important that this person's primary knowledge is networking focused.

10+ years experience as a Security Engineer
Proven experience managing network devices and implementing security measures.
Experience implementing and enhancing Zero Trust infrastructure
Strong documentation skills including creating server architecture, network diagrams, data flow diagrams, and asset inventory.
Familiarity with NIST protocols and standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
