Insight Global Evergreen is working with an AR VR technology leader in Irvine,CA. We are looking for participant recruiters who find paid participants for a data collection project where they will use Prototype Fitness Technology at a Motion Capture Studio. This is a short term project with an estimated duration of 2 months with possibility of extension.
**Length of employment duration will be based on performance and/or the program needs.**
Responsibilities:
You will source, screen, select, and onboard participants, guiding them to the door of the data collection site and in the care of our collection moderator team. In general, the following responsibilities are expected but not limited to:
Utilize your personal networks, social media, classified ad boards, internal client resources to recruit a pool of potential participants
Obtain and track all relevant contact and demographic information as required by the researchers
Screen participants for any risks to our operations by understanding their transport situations, criminal background (if any), and willingness to sign an NDA
Select and schedule good candidates, communicating to them when and where the collection will take place and who will be there to handle them
Continue to communicate and keep them engaged until they reach the the point of data collection
Follow up with the participant after the data collection, checking for feedback and if participant referrals are possible
Pay rate: $22/hr

1-year of experience as a recruiter, sourcer, and/or recruiting coordinator
Ability to create social media profiles and use that presence for recruiting
Experience with cold calling and outreach to expand recruiting pools
Experience scheduling and engaging with pre-hire/onboarding individuals
Mature and confident interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to participants with varying levels of tech savvy
High-level of verbal and written communication skills using email, instant messaging, and video conferencing (similar to Zoom or Slack)
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and working on Android/iOS and MacOS
1-2 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting
1-2 years of high volume recruiting
Prior experience recruiting participants for research and development
