Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Program Manager to join the DDS Central Support organization within one of our leading clients. This role will serve as a key contributor in overseeing contract and cost operations, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting program execution across large-scale initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing contract lifecycles, budget forecasting, invoice tracking, and stakeholder communications in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to partner with internal and external teams to drive results.

(Pay Range from $80-90/hr)

Required Skills & Experience

Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field OR 4+ years of equivalent industry experience
Previous experience in financial program coordination, cost tracking, and contract administration
Familiarity working within large enterprises, supporting construction, engineering, or operations teams
Contract & Financial Program Management:
Experience managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including compliance, amendments, performance monitoring, and documentation
Ability to coordinate with legal, finance, and vendor teams to ensure timely execution and dispute resolution
Skilled at vendor onboarding and managing contract-related communications

Cost Oversight & Analysis:
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking
Proficient in invoice review, reconciliation, and payment oversight
Capable of preparing and presenting cost reports and insights to leadership

Tools & Collaboration:
Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)
Experience working in eBuilder
