Job Description

An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to join the fully remote team. This person will primarily focus on the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. Daily tasks will include logging into the current implementation of ServiceNow, which is in the Xanadu build, and preparing for CSM module additions. The ServiceNow Developer will define user requirements and user stories, collaborate with multiple ServiceNow developers across various teams, and participate in regular meetings with seasoned developers. This person will work out of a ticket queue that includes ServiceNow, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Freshdesk. Responsibilities will involve developing workflows, supporting ServiceNow updates related to the CSM module, and using ADO as an integration tool to manage inbound tickets. The ServiceNow Developer will spend approximately 75% of their day working in the CSM module, 20% working on the Xanadu build (implementing and optimizing new features), and the remaining time in internal meetings. They will automate tasks, create custom catalog items, and optimize current workflow streams. Familiarity with using demands and adeptness at working with those records is essential. Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum of 4 years as a ServiceNow Developer, with 2 of those years focused on the CSM Module specifically.
- Must have a CSM related ServiceNow certification such as: ServiceNow Suite Certification - CSM Professional, Customer Service Management (CSM) Essentials, Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
- Strong experience developing workflows in ServiceNow, as well as customizing workflows in ServiceNow
- Experience implementing SLAs
- Strong experience creating dashboards within ServiceNow
- Experience working in an Agile/SAFE environment
Experience integrating with Okta in Azure DevOps

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using DataDog for monitoring
