A higher education client is seeking a Tier 1 Support Analyst to provide expert, high-touch assistance during the critical hypercare and stabilization phases of their financial system migration.
Support will cover transactional processes within Jaggaer and Oracle, helping users navigate requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and invoice processing. Knowledge of procurement policies and familiarity with system workflows is essential.

- Strong functional expertise in procure to pay process
- 5-7 years of experience with troubleshooting issues related to transactions within Jaggaer and Oracle Financial Cloud
- Experience providing end-user support and resolving service tickets
- Proficiency using ticketing or case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Higher ed experience within the last 2 years
