We are looking for a Paving Construction Manager to work for a leader in the utility industry. In this role you will be responsible for speaking to agencies and interpret the plans they we can protect the rate payers financials. You will manage data and organize a portfolio of projects to ensure issues between HOA, agency and homeowners referencing local standards. Understanding what the challenges and ensuring we have a good process to finish. We need this individual to manage a very large portfolio and territory of projects related to restoration.
This role will also include:
Project Planning & Management:
Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., estimating, engineering, procurement) to ensure seamless project execution.
