Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Scheduler to support a leader in the gas and electric industry. In this role you will be supporting a large organization and supporting all new initiatives and projects. We need these individual to have extensive backgrounds in scheduling and understand how to plan, prepare and execute on schedule. You will be responsible for managing schedules that include resource allocation, asset management, labor hours and overall cost of projects. At any given time you will manage a minimum of 20 different projects and a portfolio of around $300m. You will work closely with the project execution team to ensure all projects are scheduled accurately and are meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of Scheduling experience
- Experience scheduling projects / programs (minimum of 20 projects at one time)
- Extensive experience with Primavera (P6) - understanding schedule theory
- Experience managing non linear assets
- Have managed schedules that are a minimum of 3500 lines
- Ability to be in field as often as possible
- Excellent oral and written communication; positive attitude, show excitement

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Prior experience working for a large EPC firm or utility

- Any experience supporting non linear assets

- SAP experience
