A credit union in Orange County is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. On a day-to-day basis you will be monitoring the CEO's calendar, sitting in on high level meetings/board member meetings and taking detailed meeting minutes (ALCO meetings). Organizes and schedules CEOs meetings and appointments in a timely manner. Meets routinely with the CEO to review schedules. Integrates and provides calendar and schedule coordination, ensuring the most effective use of the CEOs attention and focus. Files and maintains electronically centralized documents, contracts and correspondence on Executive SharePoint site. Additionally, helping to order catering for the office and event planning type of responsibilities. Managing the CEO's expense reports (collecting receipts, submitting expenses, etc).
**This person must come on site 5 days a week in Santa Ana. This position may require working early morning or late evenings, Saturdays, or Sundays.

3-5 years of executive administrative support experience
Intermediate-Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, excel, outlook, word, etc)
Technology Background
Ability to take meeting minutes, proactively listening and can capture detailed notes
Very adaptable, very detail-oriented and extremely organized
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent knowledge
Experience in project management
Worked in a credit union environment
