Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Program Eligibility Specialist for one of our not-for-profit insurance clients based in Sacramento, CA. They are Californias largest provider of residential earthquake insurance. This role can sit remotely but does require someone who is local to California and comfortable with 5% travel and working an 8-5pm PST shift.

As a Program Eligibility Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the CRMP (California Residential Mitigation Program) incentive programs eligibility requirements and assists California homeowners through the application process. The position provides important analytical reviews of eligibility and initial approval of homeowner applications, while also providing technical information to California homeowners, participating contractors, building departments, and local government officials. You will be joining a team of four that work in a collaborative group, but we do need someone who can work independently with little supervision.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Perform independent reviews of incentive program applications, analyze information provided for participation, verify compliance with program requirements, provide pre and post retrofit approvals.
- Direct and guide California homeowners through the incentive programs processes by providing technical information to incoming customer email communications and phone calls, ensuring their participation complies with program rules. Assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing services as necessary.
- Conduct research and compile information from current and previous program years. Analyze and evaluate program data to help forecast future trends and to assist in finding ways for the program to run more efficiently.
