Insight Global is seeking a Labor Relations Specialist to join a healthcare client of ours in Berkley, CA. The Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for managing and improving labor relations within the organization. This role involves negotiating collective bargaining agreements, resolving labor disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of labor relations, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both management and union representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations for collective bargaining agreements, ensuring fair and equitable terms for both the organization and employees.
- Address and resolve labor disputes and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
- Provide guidance and support to management on labor relations issues, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of labor relations activities, agreements, and disputes.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations or a related field
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
