We are looking to bring on two Senior Social Media Analytics Consultants to help drive success within different program streams. Each individual would be designated to focus in either supporting the AI Marketing Team or a Development oriented Team, with the goal of driving real-time actionable insights that are backed in data to internal decision makers and stakeholders. To be successful this person must come with demonstrated experience in excellent client communication, social analytics, synthesizing insights from consumers, full program ownership, and comprehensive report construction. This is a fast past environment that will subsequently create the need for autonomy, so having worked within ambiguous situations, disorganization, or multiple asks at one is necessary.

- 7+ years of experience in data analytics for social media or marketing campaigns
- 4-5+ years of experience in tools such as Brandwatch and/or Sprinklr
- Demonstrated ability to craft detailed reports from real-time complex consumer data that create actionable insight
- Ability to manage and effectively update/clearly communicate with multiple stakeholders at once
