- Engaging Landowners: Initiating contact and building relationships with landowners
- Managing Negotiations: Organizing and negotiating land agreements
- Supporting Contract Execution: Collecting signatures and ensuring agreements are properly executed
- Serving as Point of Contact: Acting as the primary contact for landowners throughout the project
- Legal Expertise: Ensuring projects run smoothly in a legal sense and handling damage claims
- Public Relations: Addressing concerns and maintaining transparency with property owners
- Research and Documentation: Investigate property ownership records, mineral rights, and other legal documents to determine land ownership and usage rights
- Permits and Agreements: Communicate with government agencies to obtain necessary permits and agreements
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all land rights agreements and related documentation
- Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving land use conflicts and disputes
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to project management and other stakeholders on the status of land rights agreements

Experience in land rights, real estate, or a related field.
Legal Knowledge: Understanding of property law, mineral rights, and regulatory compliance
