Job Description

Looking for a Delivery Manager to work with their SRE/DevTools for Game Studios. This Team works directly with game studios on building/configuring their Game build environments. Ideally wed love to have someone with some Perforce experience and an understanding of what game developers need in their environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience
5+ years of experience as a delivery lead/manager, project manager, or producer in a fast-paced environment
Strong applied understanding of Agile methodologies
3-5 years of experience in domains such as developer tools, build environments, and storage environment configuration
3-5 years of experience directly working with engineering teams
Working knowledge of cloud security best practices, including security architecture, risk assessment, and vulnerability management
Working knowledge of designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and databases
Coach the team on Scrum principles and best practices, and help them to have a clear vision and self-management.
Align team resources to business priorities and risk levels to ensure effective participation in agile events as well commitment and progress towards assigned work.
Actively develop, track, and report on risk and issue mitigation plans.
Proactively identify, track and drive resolution of blocking issues/impediments and non-engineering action items.
Coordinate cross-project dependency, milestone, & release management activities with other Delivery Managers.
Facilitate triage of incoming customer tickets through ServiceNow.
Manage Sprint Backlog in Jira.
Drive change requests for any committed work during a Quarter.
Establish and drive successful release communications.
Drive Program level performance reporting, visibility and transparency to both internal and external leadership.
Strong ability to work with engineers to scope, size, and break down work based on requirements
Able to communicate effectively, build strong relationships quickly and able to speak to various expertise levels seamlessly across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Effective stakeholder management across a portfolio of engagements with competing priorities and environments
Proactive self-starter who can tackle delivery challenges and formulate solutions
Demonstrated total-ownership mentality with a high sense of responsibility
