Insight Global is looking for a Remote Commercial Title Examiner to work at an industry leading title company. This employee will be responsible for searching public records and examining titles to determine legal condition of Commercial properties and incorporating information into a title commitment. They will copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property. They will work independently to examine title to real property, ranging in complexity, to determine status and establish chain of title. This position will be joining the Special Projects team dealing with high liability projects typically $50 Million +. This consists of searching Timber farms, Solar farms, Wind farms, railroads, utilities, battery storage sites and other complex Multi-Parcel pieces of property. This role is fully remote but ideally sits on the West Coast or in Arizona and possesses expertise when it comes to examining the titles in the Arizona.

5+ years of experience as a Commercial Title Examiner.
Experience searching titles based on legal descriptions and chaining grantor/grantee.
The ability to produce a fully examined title report with curative requirements pertaining to complex issues such as probate, trust, judicial foreclosure, etc.
Experience utilizing title software's and system.
Experience with 100-150 year searches and searching back to patent on large Multi-Parcel pieces of property.
Extensive understanding of Metes and Bounds and Section Land is required (i.e. must be able to plot intricate metes and bounds descriptions either by hand and/or with the assistance of a program like net deed plotter)
Experience searching title in Arizona.
Experience with renewable energy related projects.
Experience with Data Trace.
Previous experience working for an enterprise title company.
