Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and eager Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join our team. This junior role involves working with referrals, screening candidates, and handling high-volume recruitment tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) and a strong interest in the tech/fintech industry, particularly in areas such as backend Python, mobile Android, and DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience
- Review and evaluate employment applications, work history, education, training, job skills, and compensation needs.
- Record additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, test results, and other pertinent data for the selection and referral of applicants.
- Review job orders and match applicants with job requirements using manual or computerized file searches.
Inform applicants about job duties, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, work schedules, working conditions, company and union policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information.
- Specialize in interviewing and referring specific types of personnel, such as professional, technical, managerial, clerical, and other skilled or unskilled workers.
- Search for and recruit applicants for open positions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter
- Experience in Talent Acquisition (TA).
- Tech industry experience
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
