The Data Enablement Senior Manager will be responsible for high-impact initiatives that inform marketing analytics. In this role you are responsible for stewarding analytics projects that support marketing with data products that can be scaled. This role will help multiple data domains in the Data Enablement team lay the strategic foundation for marketing metrics management, paid media analytics, SEO and digital analytics with a product lens to deliver capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Projects: Analyze and provide insights on channel specific performance using data from marketing campaigns and/or digital data that inform self-serve dashboards, inform comprehensive datasets and analytics roadmaps.
Product Management: Lead delivery timelines/roadmaps for data products and projects, prioritized and built in partnership with internal stakeholders based on business use cases. Activities include intake requirements, assessment, planning and scoping.
Product Enablement: Ensure usage and application indicative of value of data products and project deliverables, pivot and partner with Engineering and Decision Science teams for improvements.
Metric Tracking & Dashboarding: Work with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Snowflake) for demonstrating capabilities of data products. Use AI and ML tools to enhance existing processes of insight generation in marketing organizations.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
57 years of professional experience in product management, business analytics, or data analysis.
Strong experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, dbt).
Demonstrated ability to define KPIs and use data to drive decision-making.
Experience working with and knowledge of marketing channels, paid media, web performance metrics, engagement analytics, and conversion tracking.
Masters degree in a related field (MBA, Data Science, etc.).
Familiarity with Salesforce Products (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud etc)
Familiarity with data warehouse architectures (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
Proven track record in product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and iteration.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in writing product requirements and user stories
