A Global Medical Device Company is seeking a Delivery Manager to join their team. This consultant will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of ongoing technical improvements, upgrades, and implementations for their ERP, CRM and CaaS systems. They will work closely with the Business Analyst team to ensure that deliverables are met by defining the project deadlines, identifying roadblocks, and reporting on daily progress.

Bachelors degree in management or relevant field preferred
8+ years experience in Technical solution delivery (CRM, ERP, CaaS)
o Strong understanding of technical complexities and how to drive the solution
o Experience identifying and creating problem statement and following lifecycle management through completion
Background or strong understanding of program or delivery management
Experience with project management tools for automation (Jira & Confluence)
Experience supporting enterprise level businesses
Familiarity with CRM, CaaS & ERP Systems (Salesforce, Oracle preferred)
