One of Insight Globals top manufacturing clients is looking to add a Quality Facilitator to their QEHS team. This role is responsible for overseeing Quality Control and Environmental Management within their manufacturing facility. This person will oversee and train a team of Quality Auditors, interface with clients and lead quality control investigations. They will be tasked with reducing variation in manufacturing, applying statistical process control techniques and put processes in place to mitigate variations.
Oversee quality control and statistical data collection performed by team of 6 Quality Auditors
Manage Quality Investigations conducted by Quality Auditors
Create and implement statistical process control techniques
Minimize variations in manufacturing processes.
Interface with customers to maintain relationships and respond to any customer service inquiries
Ensure that produced goods meet customers specific requirements and requests
Participate in internal meetings and work cross functionally with other department leaders and facilitators
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
