An enterprise-level client seeks a Director of PAM (Privileged Access Management) to join their growing Information Security Department. The Identity & Access PAM team designs, implements, and supports Privilege Management controls using CyberArk technologies. This team secures human, non-human, and extended services with privileged access, interfacing with InfoSec partners, business stakeholders, and GRC/Audit colleagues. They also manage vendor services. The day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee PAM Engineering and Operational functions.
Implement CyberArk policies, controls, and reporting.
Develop PAM metrics for executive review.
Integrate privilege entitlements from multiple platforms into CyberArk.
Identify IAM workflows and business process requirements.
Collaborate with Business System Administrators and Process Analysts.
Address business implications of PAM workflows.
Research alternatives, drive solutions, and implement them.
Create reports, analyze data, and inform management.
Support PAM in IAM systems development and risk management.
Stay updated on industry advancements.
Evaluate and select new technology.
Resolve provisioning/deprovisioning issues across platforms.
Monitor IAM project status and implement corrective actions.
Perform duties outside normal work hours as needed.

7+ years with PAM technologies, including 5+ years with commercial products.
Director-level management and supervision.
Experience with large enterprises (5,000+ identities).
3+ years in IAM/PAM operational maintenance.
Knowledge of CyberArk components.
Ability to gather identity data via SQL and LDAP.
Experience in PAM product evaluation and vendor management.
Understanding of scripting, programming, and CyberArk integration.
Experience with identity directories (LDAP, Active Directory, EntraID).
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
